Terms of Use
MarryMe3000 began with a personal hope: that meaningful connections can start with friendship. These terms help make space for that possibility while protecting everyone who joins.
1. Who can use MarryMe3000
MarryMe3000 is intended for adults aged 18 or older seeking meaningful relationships and potentially marriage. You must provide accurate information and be legally permitted to use the service where you live. The platform is not designed for minors.
2. Your account
You can register using an email address and password or, when enabled, Google Sign-In. Email registrations require verification before application access. Keep your credentials private and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. One primary active matrimonial profile per user is supported initially.
You are responsible for information and interactions initiated through your account, subject to applicable law. Do not impersonate another person or create misleading identities.
3. Profiles, visibility and contact details
Information you choose to publish in your matrimonial profile may be visible to other visitors or members. Public profiles should not include telephone numbers, email addresses, direct-contact handles or exact home addresses. MarryMe3000 aims to detect and hide attempts to publish direct-contact information, but automated detection is not infallible.
Private matchmaker preferences are intended for restricted processing, not public profile display. Never assume another member has consented to contact outside the platform. Paid contact-reveal features, if later introduced, will require explicit permission and separate rules.
You retain rights in your original profile content. You authorize MarryMe3000 to host, process and display content as necessary to operate the features you choose, subject to your privacy settings and applicable law.
4. Respect, consent and safety
Use the platform honestly and respectfully. Harassment, threats, discrimination, sexual exploitation, impersonation, fraud, spam, and attempts to bypass another person's privacy or consent are prohibited. An expression of interest does not create an obligation to respond. A recipient may accept, decline or block contact.
Exercise care when meeting someone in person. MarryMe3000 does not guarantee the identity, intentions, background, marital status or suitability of members unless a specific verification feature is expressly stated.
5. AI matchmaking and introductions
AI tools may help improve profiles, identify possible alignments, explain differences and draft introductions. Suggestions are estimates based on available information, not psychological assessments or promises of compatibility, love or marriage. Unknown information can affect a suggestion.
You decide whether to act on a recommendation. AI-generated profile changes and messages require your approval before publication or sending. Private preferences used for matching are addressed in the Privacy Policy.
6. Free and paid services
Creating a profile, browsing, expressing interest and basic introductions are intended to remain free. A completed approved profile is intended to receive one free AI match and one free AI profile review, subject to published fair-use conditions. Optional additional AI services may be charged in the future. Prices, renewal, cancellation, refunds and taxes must be disclosed before any purchase; no payment feature is offered by these draft terms.
7. Review, reports and account actions
Profiles may be reviewed before publication and may be paused, rejected or removed for safety or rule violations. Members should be able to report or block concerning profiles when those tools are launched. Decisions involving suspension or removal should be recorded and reviewable by the operator.
8. Service limitations
MarryMe3000 provides a place to discover introductions; it is not a marriage agency, background-check provider, emergency service or guarantor of relationships. Availability and functionality may change during development. Nothing here excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes, operator and questions
Material changes to these terms should be clearly dated and communicated as appropriate. Katalume is the proposed Mauritius operator, pending formal registration. The registered name, BRN, address, privacy contact and finalized governing terms remain to be confirmed. The responsible legal entity, official contact address, jurisdiction and formal effective date are pending confirmation. Public registrations must remain disabled until these details and applicable legal requirements have been reviewed.
A hopeful beginning deserves clear expectations. Thank you for helping keep MarryMe3000 welcoming and respectful.
